The CDHT Culture Center is located in the Dayuan Cluster of CDHT Southern Zone with a total investment of RMB 1.59 billion. With a site area of 117 mu and a total floor area of about 168,000m2, the Project has a basement area of about 68,000m2 and an above-ground floor area of about 100,000m2, with 1 basement floor and a total of 1115 parking bays. The Project is renowned for Labor Union-Communist Youth League-Women's Federation Service Center, library, multi-function event venue (theater), high and new technology exhibition hall and activity belt, which is designed to building a modern comprehensive culture center.
